We believe that if you are the best at something that should be the primary focus to leverage success without diluting your attention. Our service offering has expanded into Gutter Cleaning, House Washing, and Pressure Washing and Holiday Lighting services. We use cutting edge technology to deliver all of our services, and remove the need for ladders, buckets, and harsh chemicals with our state of the art 3 stage filtration system, water fed and ultra-light carbon fiber poles, and Job Pods, which are all the tools a technician needs (for a day of servicing) on four wheels. Our tag line is Cleaner.Safer.Better. We have a in-house sales center converting sale, booking appointments, and scheduling jobs for franchisees. All of this comes back to fast ramp up and easy customer acquisition for our franchisees. Our competitors can't compete with us because we outprice and outperform everyone in the city. We service two main markets. The first is Residential clients. Everyone who has a home has windows and very few enjoy cleaning them. Previous to the Sparkle Squad system, the price to clean the windows on your home was higher than most were willing to pay for the service. The cost balance for the average homeowner was just off. Now, with a technological advantage, a transparent, flat rate pricing model we are able to service thousands of people who were simply priced out of the market previously. We get through the door with our competitive exterior window cleaning price then we wow clients with our amazing customer service and that's what keeps our residential customers coming back year after year after year. The second market is the Commercial sector. If you look around your city you will quickly realize that the world is made of Glass and in the commercial sector this glass is generally cleaned annually or bi annually to keep buildings and storefronts looking their best. At scale, Commercial window cleaning should equal roughly 50% of your revenue. These customers range from Property management companies, hospitals, Municipal Agencies to Colleges and Universities. In these instances, it is common for one key contact to bring in more than $100,000 revenue per year. Competition: The industry is highly fragmented and there is no giant established. The industry has not evolved much over the past century, but we are bringing technology, efficiency, and safety to it, which clearly differentiates our model. Where most homes service providers have 50-100+ competitors, we may see 5-10 at most in a given market.
