Rolling Suds has quickly become the largest franchise in residential and commercial power washing in the United States with 298 units awarded. • Rolling Suds is a 33-year old brand out of PA. They are bringing their experience, proprietary systems and equipment, and National connections to the rest of the country. • Our B2B sales represent 70% of our volume where we wash apatments, retail stores, shopping malls, water towers, silos, aggricultural equipment, hospitals, schools, stadiums, bus stops, fleets, parking garages and so much more. • Armed with a 16 ft box truck that carries 950 gallons of water, 100's of gallons of chemicals, and 2 or 3 pumps, our franchisees can wash up to 4 stories from the ground. This adds up to beter efficiency and savings for the customer. • This is a high margin, "boring" business, that is need based and not subject to recessions. • Our franchisees are building scale and working on the business, not on the truck. They start with two employees and one truck and grow from there. • We have a two territory minimum as we only wants candidates that want to scale to 7 figures.
