In 2011, Premier Garage was acquired by Home Franchise Concepts and became known as "Tailored Living featuring Premier Garage" to expand Tailored Living's product portfolio to include the growing categories of custom garage organization solutions and commercial grade garage flooring. Premier Garage was one of the first companies to offer full garage transformations, becoming the standard for quality. With the garage becoming such a huge focus of a home, creating additional and valuable space, in November 2022, Premier Garage split from Tailored Living (now The Tailored Closet) to capitalize on our credible, recognized brand name in the industry with 20 years of experience. Premier Garage focuses on helping homeowners become more organized by designing and installing custom storage solutions in their garages, including cabinets, shelves, Slat wall storage systems, overhead racks, and automated garage storage solutions. We are the exclusive partner for flooring products from a globally recognized commercial coatings company, providing best-in-class floor coatings. We do not require franchisees to do their own manufacturing. We have a regional panel manufacturing strategy in place which allows our franchise owners to receive product that is standard across the franchise, but they do not have to cut their own product like our biggest competitors.
