Our product and service categories include: Embroidery, Custom T-shirts, Promotional Products, Signs and Banners, and Digital Print Services. We execute these services through local relationships, networks, e-commerce and company webstore store programs. We really cater to education, non-profits, institutions and mid-market businesses with 50-500 employees. Our core clients are small to medium businesses with 50-500 employees that value local relationships, expertise and top drawer customer service. They demand creative and knowledgeable local partners that can provide branding solutions to help them make it happen. We offer 3 franchise location formats, with Multi-pack and Single Location Options: 3-Pack Option: 1 Brand Center + 2 Brand Studios (Total Investment is about $500k for all three locations built out) -allows an owner to have a larger territory and cost average down as they expand, as studios cost less, have less labor and no equipment so marketing and sales can be spread over 3 locations instead of one. (it works like a dry cleaner model: 1 central production with multiple spokes) Single Unit Options: Growth Format -1000 sq. ft. locations with reduced manufacturing capacity. Brand Center Format- 1500-2500 sq. ft. locations with complete manufacturing capability. Brand Studios -500 sq. ft. centers with no manufacturing capability. (Studio Format locations are only available to Multiple unit owners, as they are required to have a manufacturing HUB aka Brand Center)
Real Estate Options: Brand Centers require either Prestige Industrial or B grade retail. Growth Centers and Studios: B grade retail, strata, or select main floor office tower. FINANCING: Our model is financing friendly, it is asset backed business making it easy to finance. Being a B2B model, makes it very relationship driven, so owners need to be comfortable outside the store networking and building relationships. It is highly recommended owners hire and build out a sales team to scale faster.
