HIGH QUALITY HOME, BUSINESS, AND ONLINE LIQUIDATION - we sell 85%-95% of content in a home and driveway for a 60% return to the homeowner, 40% to Blue Moon Franchisee. (Commissions higher at Franchisee's discretion). Franchisees generate more revenue for homes versus businesses. We liquidate everything from the pots and pans in the kitchen to the automobile, boat, or motorcycle in the driveway. Blue Moon Estate Sales has multiple services and revenue streams, such as: • In-home, on-site for businesses, and online sales • "Pop-up retail store in someone's home selling all of their items" • Light housekeeping prior to and after the sale • Full clear out of content remaining at the end of a sale, and more • NEW: Move Out Service - packing items that will move with the owner to their new home • Additional services to the homeowner can be any related service the Franchisee desires to provide if it's beneficial to undertake to generate more revenue Referrals from key referral sources: real estate agents, senior service providers, funeral homes, probate attorneys, financial advisors, and more...
